 | Keeping the City of Bellbrook on a path of fiscal
responsibility. |
 | Making decisions based upon residents' input and keeping the
council a place where residents can come and voice their concerns. I also
believe, when important issues arise, let the community vote on those
issues and let them make the decision. |
 | Encouraging controlled growth to help off set our property taxes
and that would help our property values continue to increase. |
 | Keep the small town feel, with outstanding public services and
where it's a great community to rear a family. |
 |
One common complaint I’ve
been hearing is that, once elected to office, politicians tend to forget
who voted them there in the first place. |
 |
A lot of citizens
wonder precisely who is representing their best interests because it
certainly doesn’t seem to be their elected officials! |
 |
I truly believe that
government should represent YOU, our Citizens, and NOT just during
election time. Promises made shouldn’t turn into nothing more than “lip
service. “ |

If you like living in
a FULL SERVICE City like Bellbrook and agree on sound fiscal city management
with the lowest taxes possible, then I am your choice for city Council. I
have had 12 years experience being YOUR city councilman and representative.
The last time the
City of Bellbrook asked for a new tax of any kind was 1980 and we are
one of only 4 cities in Ohio without a city income tax.
The city of Bellbrook
spends your tax dollars very wisely and I would not vote for any new
taxes for Bellbrook as your city councilman.
I am also for Prudent
Development, greens space, bikeways and walking trails.
These things add
quality to our community.
